Log into your DMT account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Hardware

Factory reset your device to remove all personal data and pack it securely in its original box with all cables, manuals, and protective inserts.

Label and Ship

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the device's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
